Return Policy

Please note that returns are only accepted within 3 days from the delivery date. If you receive a defective item, kindly reach out to us within 2 days of delivery at "contact@jyoscloset.com" with a video of the package opening, along with product details and the defect.

Upon receipt, we will thoroughly inspect the item and inform you via email within a reasonable timeframe regarding your eligibility for a replacement or refund due to the defect. If eligible for a replacement, we will provide the same product and size.
